Finding estonian death-certificates

Hi,
I'm trying to find the death certificate of my grandfathers sister Hilda Johanna Aidas. She was born 1908 in Pärnu and died 1919.
Here is the church book where she is mentioned: http://www.ra.ee/dgs/_purl.php?shc=EAA.1280.1.223:109

It says that she died in Pärnu (or probably in Pärnu?) So I'm wondering how I can find out how she died, if there is a death certificate database to search in?

I'm just getting started with my Estonian research so I've only managed to find out how to search the church-books in the Saaga-database. But I would also like to find out more about my relatives like what their occupation was. In what kind of records would I be able to find that information?
