Equivalent orthodox church ?

My great great uncle move from Mihkli to Parnu. He had a mixed marriage - his wife was Lutheran and he was orthodox. The children are listed in the Lutheran records (Pärnu Eliisabeti kogudus , the area of their births being Vorstadt). Some other relatives from Mihkli (including my great grandmother) may have moved to where my great great uncle lived. What would be the likely equivalent orthodox church ?
