somebody's profession is worker, does not own neither movables nor real estate and has been living within Estonian Republic borders all lifetime.

Could you help me with yet another piece of the text? Here it is:
I managed to understand that the person in question was first in a hospital, which was probably located in Petrograd, and then disappeared after February 1918. Am I right?

he (Mihail Mihail's son) was wounded February 1918 and in hospital, after that no information.
