I am trying to find more about my great-great grandmother, Ingel Vess (her parents, brothers, sisters and ancestors).

The Jaani Personaalraamat show Ingel as the second name on the list - Jurri's second wife, born July 13, 1810.

I found two marriage links. It shows the last name as Kuub or maybe Kunb .. I think ... that's why I need help.

The second marriage link shows Ingel's father was Mihkel and I think it says that she was born in Joori.

So I looked in Joori and found only one situation of an Ingel being born to a Mihkel in Jorri, which I have shown above in the Joori Personaalraamat link.

I have also shown the corresponding 1795 and 1816 Soul revision lists. In the 1816 list, does it show "Greet, daughter of Pavel," as the deceased mother ? Am I on the right track. I have found lots of information on Ingel's husband's family, but not much on Ingel. Can anybody help me ?

It seems that you're on a right track. Here's the birth of Ingel:
Saaga EAA.3138.1.1:312

The father is Kaddarikko Mihkel as it was in Joori personaalraamat and mother is Reet (which is the same as Greet).

In 1816 Revision Mihkel has been recruited (1812) and I think his wife Greet might be with him not dead.

As to Ingels familyname, it is Kuub.

One question I have from the Joori Personaalraamat ...

does this show that Mihkel had a child Laas, when he was 13 years old ?!?

It's more likely that Laas is the son of Greet from her first marriage (notice that Greet is 15 years older than Mihkel). In 1795 soul revision Mihkel is not married yet, so he can't have a child either. In 1816 soul revision Laas is noted as the farm-hand and his fathers name is actually Laas. So I think you should look a couple Ingel and Laas with a son Laas.

Did a quick check up and found that in 1811 soul revision there is a note on Laas that he has come from Koiküll (Koikla manor in Karja parish). In 1811 Koikülls soul revision he is listed as the ward of deceased Pawel.

This soul revision list, plus the next page after the link , shows a late Pavel with a foundling Laas who had moved to Joori.
This would almost certainly be Greet's father. It also shows a son of Pavel, Hans (who died) and two grandsons, Michel and Peter

Interesting, in the 1816 revision, it looks like Michel and Peter are referred to as Pavel's sons ....

This may prove to be important, when I tried to go back in earlier revisions to find Greet's mother.

Does this family match the 1811 one ? The age of Pavel is close - but there is no Hans, but if Hans is really Pavel (like the grandson's father's name indicates) we migth have a match

Also, would this match with marriage #9 in this link ?
