Sorry for writing in English ...

I'm trying to find out what happened to my great-aunt, Ella Rehepapp (whether she ever got married or had any children).

She was born March 20, 1886 in Parnu.

Her birth and family records can be seen here:

I did find some distant cousins who thought that she and her younger sister (Marie - my grandmother), may have moved to Sweden to avoid the war, but there's no records showing that this was the case. I can't find any records about Ella at all in ancestory.com ... there are a few about my grandmother Marie moving to Canada, but nothing on Ella.

Any ideas or suggestions on finding out more information about Ella ?

There is a file about Ella Rehepapp in Estonian Historical Archive (EAA 4614-2-1292), she owned property in Pärnu. This file contains some data about Ella Rehepapp. She died 18.03.1946 in Pärnu.
You can also use Archival Information System (AIS) - the database of the National Archives of Estonia. It allows users to search for documents preserved in the archives http://ais.ra.ee/.
