I understand it is a legal case of some sort. But can someone read this scripture and tell me what it is about?

Short translation, as far I could understand:

From Vana-Tänassilma Jaan Aidas versus Johann Jaanson

Johann Jaanson complains thant he and Jaan Aidas are equally "half" masters of the farm (cant read out farm name) and by agreement they must also equally particulate (half-half) in work tasks. Johann Jaanson made alone cattle road and Jaan Aidas did not help, but still did use road for 5 animals and 2 horses. Now Johann Jaanson expects compensation for it.

Verdict: As Jaan Aidas as used this herd road for 5 animals and 2 horses, he must pay 2 rubles and 50 kopecks to Johann Jaanson
